Child Care Reform
Working alongside the United Way and the Nashville Early Education Coalition as the Metro Council Women's Caucus Chair, Joy has fiercely advocated for early childhood development outcomes with a primary focus on literacy, ensuring our children are prepared to thrive from day one. To lead by example, Joy is committed to establishing a dedicated Metro child care facility. By providing high-quality, accessible care for the employees who keep our city running, we create a model for the entire county—prioritizing the people who serve us while investing in the future of our next generation.
